Health coverage is changing in important ways in 2014, so the federal government has updated HealthCare.gov to help you get ready for those changes. The mission of HealthCare.gov is to help you understand your new health coverage options so you can find a plan that works for you and your family. HealthCare.gov can also help employers find plans for their employees.

With the new HealthCare.gov, you can:

• Answer a few quick questions and get a personalized list of coverage options and a checklist to help you get ready.
• Find answers to common questions.
• Call toll-free, 24/7, to speak with a customer service representative at 1-800-318-2596 (TTY: 1-855-889-4325).
• Use online chat with a customer service representative, also available 24/7.
• Learn about the all new Health Insurance Marketplaces, one-stop shops in each state where you can compare health plans and choose one that is affordable for you starting on October 1, 2013 (your new plan would start on January 1, 2014).
